Your team of Talent professionals can use this signal to save time identifying and reach out to candidates who are more likely to be interested in a new opportunity.

All customers on Teams and Enterprise packages.
How can I use this feature?
The product looks at signals on candidate profiles to identify those that are more likely to move. This is an evolving algorithm.
There are two ways to use this:

Talent professionals can use Quick Search in Prospects Search to start searching their CRM

They can use the “Likely to move” Prospects Search filter under the Profile section.
