Overview
Recruiters sometimes have calls or in-person meetings with prospects before the prospect is officially in process for a particular job. Prospect Scorecards are basic scorecards intended to be a structured way for recruiters to keep track & report on their feedback of those prospects, regardless of ATS.

Eligibility
All customers are eligible to use Prospect Scorecards, but you will be able to search for scorecards through Prospect Search only if you have Prospect Search enabled.
How to Use Prospect Scorecards
Q: Will I be able to filter by overall rating immediately after submitting a Prospect Scorecard?
A: No, you won’t be able to filter by overall rating immediately after submitting a Prospect Scorecard for someone because of the timing of when we refresh data for Prospect Search, but the data should be there by the next day.
Q: Is it possible to fill out Prospect Scorecards on the Gem extension?
A: No, filling out scorecards isn’t yet available on the Gem extension.
Q: Do I need to have ATS full-sync enabled to use the scorecards?
A: No, these scorecards are purely for conversations that are happening. No connection is made with your ATS.
Q: Do these scorecards sync with my ATS?
A: No, we do not pass this scorecard information to the customer’s ATS.
