Overview
Teams with the nightly data exports enabled can now self-manage the data included and behavior of these exports through a user-friendly UI, making the process faster and more flexible. Admins can choose exactly what data they need, tailored to their team’s specific requirements.
Eligibility
Daily data export is only available with our CRM Advanced. For more details, contact your Account Manager or success@gem.com.
Setup
Admins can navigate to Team Settings > Additional Settings to configure their data export settings under the Data export settings section.
In the event that you're prompted to contact Gem Support when setting up this feature, it's likely that we haven't set up a cloud storage bucket for your team yet. Please reach out to us at support@gem.com so we can assist.
