Comeet Integration

Overview

The Comeet basic integration in Gem allows you to have the following functionality:

• Duplicate check against Comeet
• Upload candidate to Comeet
  • At the moment, uploading more than 1 application per Gem person is not currently supported due to a limitation with Comeet/Merge.
    
    

Requirements

• To generate an API key (in the steps below), your team must have the Comeet Ultimate or Enterprise plan.
• The user connecting Gem to Comeet must be an admin in Comeet.

Setting up your Comeet integration

To have your team’s ATS in Gem set to Comeet integration, please reach out to your dedicated Gem Customer Success Manager or support@gem.com. Once set, you can complete the steps below to connect Gem to Comeet.

1. In the Gem extension, find the section titled “Connect to Comeet”.
2. Click Connect.
   
3. Gather your Comeet API token by following the instructions in the dialog that appears.
   
4. After completing the workflow, your team will be connected to Comeet.
