Will my pricing be changing along with the change from Gem Basic to Gem Individual?
No. There will be no pricing changes to your contract during your current service term.
Will I still have access to the core Gem platform?
Yes. Gem Individual provides you access to the core Gem platform you know and love.
I want to upgrade or change my plan. How do I do that?
You can reach out to your Gem CSM or email success@gem.com. They will do a needs analysis to make sure that we find a package that's tailored to your needs.
